Welcome to the Portal
The portal is for the students and families of Piano by Dzana.
There are many things to explore on the student and parent portals. Following is a breakdown of some areas that may interest you.
Scheduling
From the Home page, you can now see the studio schedule in a week at a glance view. In the schedule you should have visibility of your family's scheduled lessons and any open lessons. If you need to cancel a lesson, you can do this by clicking on the appointment and selecting "Cancel Attendance." Please keep in mind the studio policy for lessons to be cancelled with at least 24 hour notice. You can also enroll in an open time slot. To do this, click on the open lesson and select "Register". You can use this feature to sign up for make-up lessons or to add an additional lesson if needed.
Account & Invoices
This area will give you an overview of your account. You can view previous invoices, payments, and itemized lessons. Invoices are sent at the conclusion of the month and are due in the month following. You may also make payments through this website utilizing PayPal. To do this, select "Make a Payment" and follow the prompts. If your student's lessons are funded by another family member or party, they can also be provided access to this system for payment. Please ask me for details.
Attendance & Notes
Here you can see a breakdown of scheduled lessons including an attendance record and lesson notes.
Library & Downloads
This area will include a list of any items that I have lent to your family and documents for download.
Practice Log
Going forward, all private students will keep an online practice log. Students that have limited access to the internet can record their practice time in their student notebook and enter it in the studio during their weekly lesson. Stay tuned for more information about our practice program.
Repertoire
This area will keep a running record of the performance songs that your student(s) have worked on. This record will begin with songs learned in the 2016/2017 school year.
